We are looking for a talented Head of B2B Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives. If you're passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to propel business growth and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary:
As the Head of B2B Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our B2B audience, aligned with our overarching business goals. You'll lead and nurture a team of B2B marketing specialists to drive revenue and enhance our business processes. Building and optimizing processes to streamline marketing operations and enhance efficiency will be a key aspect of your role.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and webinars to generate qualified leads.


Managing the B2B marketing budget and meticulously tracking ROI to optimize campaigns.


Build strong relationships with Sales, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts


Stay updated on the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies will enable you to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.


Managing a small team of marketers that will guide the editorial priorities and subsequent content outputs to help drive sales connections and deep client engagement.


Requirements:

12+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, with a demonstrable record of success.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, content marketing, marketing automation, and account-based marketing (ABM).


Proven ability to develop and manage B2B marketing budgets.


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.


Strong leadership skills with a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams.


Bonus Points:


Experience in our industry (a plus!).


Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).


Proven success with ABM strategies.
