We are now recruiting a Head of Attraction and Engagement to support the implementation of our ambitious Group HR strategy across the Getinge Group organization. You will own and further develop our way of working with Attraction, Selection, Onboarding and Engagement and you will ensure that local HR teams executed accordingly. The role represents a career position within HR in a global, growing and successful organization!
The position
In this position you will be overall responsible for Getinge Groups Attraction/Selection process; i.e. everything from Employer Branding to Recruiting processes and tools. You will also take responsibility for Getinge Groups Engagement activities; i.e: understand Engagement and how it impact business performance, own the engagement survey, and subsequently identify and drive improvement initiatives across the organization. In short you will bring the best people on board and ensure that they thrive to deliver to their highest performance and develop to their highest potential. Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Develop, deploy and manage programs to increase Attraction, Selection, Onboarding and Engagement.
• Communicate why Attraction, Selection, Onboarding and Engagement are relevant and put it on the agenda for leaders on all levels
• Own processes, policies and tools in regards to Attraction, Selection, Onboarding and Engagement. Actively work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to harmonize and improve processes, policies and tools across Getinge Group
• Lead and follow up on the execution for Attraction, Selection, Onboarding and Engagement across Getinge Group through a Community of Excellence from different Business Units within Getinge Group.
• Participate in relevant Group HR cross functional projects to develop HR as a function
The position reports to the VP, Processes and Performance in Getinge Group HR. Ideally, the position is based in Malmö or Gothenburg, Sweden. The position will require you to travel to the Getinge Group main locations across USA, Europe and Asia. Travel can be up to 20-30% annually, but will depend on how you develop the position and the portfolio of projects that you are involved in.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a relevant Master level degree and at least 4-6 years of experience from an international HR role. It's a significant benefit if you have experience both as Business Partner and from a Group HR role. Consulting experience is also a benefit - but only if combined with experience from an internal role.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Ability and willingness to learn from experience, and subsequently apply that learning to perform successfully under new or first-time conditions
• Ability to coach & guide internal stakeholders
• Ability to utilize social media recruiting tools & processes
• Demonstrated expertise with psychometric and ability tests as well as Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Certification in OPQ or equivalent assessment tool
• Passionate for working with people
• Ability to collaborate at all levels
• Analytical mindset
• Strategic mindset and a practical, pragmatic implementation approach.
• Positive mindset and an attitude of getting things done
