Scania is a leading provider of transport solutions. Together with our customers we are driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. The technology shift towards automation, connectivity and electrification will become a competence shift. Corporate HR has the responsibility to support Scania in this transformation. To meet the requirements we need to be both proactive and agile in order to prepare our organization and to secure competencies. We will now establish a new unit within Corporate HR which will take responsibility for the processes Attract, Recruit, Resourcing and Talent Development. For this exciting mission we are now seeking a highly dedicated and dynamic manager.

Main Responsibilities

Initially you will be responsible for establishing the new unit and for all aspects of managing the function. You will also be engaged in developing a strong collaboration with our Business Units HR team members and Business Leaders. You will report to Executive Vice President Human Resources Kent Conradson.

Some of the ingredients for succeeding with this are to:

• Proactively support Scania to become the employer of choice
• Drive our strategy to identify, recruit, develop and retain key employees
• Synchronise and harmonise initiatives aimed to, recruit, retain and develop talents within Scania
• Secure our ability to activate and use organizational resources over time
• Develop methods for a forward looking and pro-active approach to re-balancing
• Together with HR colleagues within Scania develop digital tools and methods to become an outstanding HR-organisation
• With expert knowledge, support global process teams to increase cooperation, alignment and best practices across functions and regions

Your profile

• Academic degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge within HR and organizational change management
• Managerial experiences from leading teams
• Experience in executing global processes and working effectively in a global team
• Genuine background dealing with Attract, Recruit, Resourcing and Talents development
• Personal network outside Scania is a merit

You are strategic and analytical with a strong ability to challenge current state and develop concepts. To set and work aligned with business strategy is natural for you. You also have high integrity and act professionally in your work. To succeed in this role you need to have strong cooperation and communication skills. Furthermore, you are structured, well planned and self-going.
