What you will do
At Volvo Construction Equipment in Arvika you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the construction industry and society at large. You will lead a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for Assembly and Logistics. Together with 10 direct reporting managers and support functions you develop the arena where you unleash everyone's full potential and continuously improving the flow to our customers.
Arvika's factory was established in 1885 and became part of Volvo CE in 1995. The plant produces large wheel loaders, rear frames, front frames and boom unit systems.
