Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.
As part of CEVT's ambition to become a world-leading innovation center, we are establishing a dedicated AI team with the purpose to secure state of the art AI technology in our products and services. As Head of AI you are building and leading a team that are developing and bringing AI solutions to life in applications across the organization. The AI team will start operating during 2019 and we are now looking for a dedicated and inspiring leader for the team.
To succeed in this role, you have previous experience of managing a software development team and you have been a manager for several years and are used to lead manager. We believe you are excited about leading a team of diverse, creative people, promoting an open atmosphere and encouraging mutually support of each other. To thrive in this role, you are dynamic leader with the ability to create confidence and inspiration as well as driving changes.
Your main focus in this role:
* Building and developing a world-class data science team.
* Delivering valuable AI applications to current and future projects.
Supporting the development and implementation of CEVTs strategic road map for Artificial Intelligence.
Key attributes and qualifications
* You are a confident leader with the ability to inspire and drive change, with several years' experience as a people manager.
* Experience from leading agile software development teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to make clear recommendations to top management.
* Experience from managing data science projects, from definition to implementation.
