This is a great opportunity to build and lead an analytics department with the freedom you deserve and the support and tools that you need! Get responsibility for all analytical initiatives and the development of our analytics strategy.
Your role at Springworks will include:
Building up and leading the analytics department, without being afraid of rolling up your sleeves and do hands-on data analysis as a start.
Working closely with the product team to discover new features, based on data.
Defining the data pipeline for data to analyze.
Building a team of data scientists to work closely and data driven with development teams.
Defining and providing KPIs for stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Being the primary representative for data analysis within SPARK, both internally and externally to partners and investors.
We believe you have:
A passion for product development
Experience from working data-driven close to development teams in an agile organization
Knowledge of building and organizing efficient pipelines for data analysis
A belief that data is an integral, but not the only, part of decision making
Top class communication skills
Springworks is building the ultimate platform for connecting cars. In November 2015 Telia Company became the first partner to launch with Springworks' platform when they announced Telia Sense (Nordics and Baltic region). The Springworks connected car product will be launched with other operators in other markets.
