Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are now looking for a Head of Analytics. The position is responsible for marketing analytics, marketing research guidelines as well as ensuring that sound and analytical processes are being followed. The position is also responsible for analyzing global product mix data and reviewing regional marketing calendars on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for analytics guidelines (global) and research guidelines.
• Handle coupons, merchandising, menu boards, menu architecture issued to all the regions and franchisees.
• In charge of analyzing raw data.
• Review country calendars each month.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience required
• Previous experience of quantitate analysis, statistics and to handle large amounts of data
• Analytics experience or background within mathematics / statistics
• Ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills
• English languages skills
• Analytical, resilience, willingness to learn new things
• Ability to co-operate with the global team
• Make hiring decisions and people moves
• Make decisions on operations and inventory
• Sales forecasting, budget, streamlining processes and presenting performance reviews
