Job summary: We are now looking for a Head of AI Technology and Innovation to lead cutting-edge AI research and innovation for SA CNS as well as commercialize and develop new common AI assets and offerings for the SA and Ericsson as a whole. This role will report to the Head of SA CNS and be a member of the SA Leadership Team. The role will be based in Kista, Sweden.
What you will do
Drive AI research and innovation in alignment with SA strategic direction to future-proof SA CNS long-term portfolio competitiveness
Define and evolve SA CNS technology architecture in collaboration with Cognitive Software Engineering and Solution Line Cognitive Software and Services
Explore business potential, commercialize and develop new common AI assets & offerings in accordance with Ericsson PLCM (e.g. MLops)
For commercialized common AI assets and offerings: Drive requirements coordination and roadmap alignment with other SAs within BCSS, other BAs within Ericsson and MAs to bring the best common AI assets and offerings to market in time, with highest quality
Define product packaging and pricing models to maximize value capture of commercialized common AI assets and offerings
Continuously analyze market & competitive conditions for common AI assets and offerings
Continuously attract and retain the best talent in the industry to secure competitive competence across the development and delivery of all products
You will bring
Deep understanding of latest AI technology developments/trends (e.g. Digital twin, machine learning, machine reasoning) and software development practices (e.g. cloud, CI/CD)
Strong relationship builder across the company with solid personal network and community of senior leaders across BAs, SAs within BCSS and Group Function Technology
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and priorities across the company
Strong techno-commercial understanding and ability to prioritize investments into selected offerings with highest potential and RoI for SA CNS and Ericsson
Strong track record in customer focused engagements and value creations. Comfortable to engage with customer C-suite
Deep understanding of Ericsson's product management, product development, service delivery and sales processes
Inspirational leader with ability to motivate change at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to build and evolve high-performing teams, attract and retain diverse talent
MSc in Engineering/ICT or equivalent
