Excellent, as we are now looking for a creative, upbeat, out-of-the-box automation leader to join the solution area Automation and AI within Ericsson Group IT. We are embracing an ambitious mentality to deliver automation solutions to drive business transformation, targeting to automate all repetitive tasks, democratize Automation and AI across the company.
What you will do
Your responsibilities will include leading the product management team of AI / Machine Learning (ML) and cognitive platforms and work in close collaboration with the business organization, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architects, IT Security, AI Delivery Team Manager, and Data Scientists. There are also external interfaces e.g. service providers and product vendors.
Coordinate and drive the AI/ML and cognitive portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio TCO
Drive and secure portfolio execution plans
Ensure safeguarding of platform design, integrations, and architecture
Manage portfolio competence and business readiness
You will bring
A passion for working with automation and AI
Experienced leader with truly inspiring leader capabilities and a can-do demeanor to make things happen
Experience in working with product management from a large-scale IT solution and/or outsourced application development/operations management background.
Genuine interest in/Knowledge of Business Management
Genuine interest in Product Architecture and Technology
Formulating Strategies and Concepts
Superb communication skills where you are accurate and to the point, standing steady and work through issues with key stakeholders
Strong drive towards achievements, delivery timelines, and the ability to lead others to deliver on their accountabilities. All while balancing costs, time to market, and quality
