We are looking for the Head of the Agile Coaching chapter to join the Digital Center Leadership team. The Digital Center is a key enabler of the end-to-end digital transformation of Ericsson, providing talents, governance, and ways of working to strategic programs such as RAN (Radio Access Networks), Cloud Native or the hiring journey. The Agile Coaching chapter is responsible for fostering Agile excellence in the programs while fulfilling the need for Agile Coaches.
As the Head of the Agile Coaching chapter, you will be responsible for bringing the chapter to the next level of maturity, improving ways of working and assets, driving team dynamic and talent pool development. This will be done in strong coordination with key stakeholders of the Ericsson Agile Network.

What you will do
Attract, empower, inspire, grow, and lead a team of top performing Agile Coaches.
Partner with the different strategic transformation programs to optimize staffing for the benefit of our transformation and the growth of our talents.
Be the chapter inspiring leader, defining, and continuously improving the chapter members agile related ways of working, ensuring fit for purpose in the context of our transformation.
Engage hands on with the different programs to help them position and improve Agile ways of working in their context and identify improvement areas.
Build a culture of dedication, psychological safety and belonging in the chapter while driving collaboration and practices alignment with other Agile communities.
Support Ericsson's Agile maturity improvement through targeted initiatives and training.
You will bring
Proven experience with several agile approaches: Design Thinking, Agile at Scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), Kanban, XP, SCRUM, and be fluid in applying and adapting to the appropriate one(s) to the context.
Demonstrable experience at driving hands on Agile transformations from design to implementation as an Agile practitioner (coach, scrum master...).
In-depth knowledge of Ericsson digital transformation execution model, ideally including having worked in the context of E2E journey transformation and capabilities build up.
A proven track record at building and managing high performing cross-cultural teams.
Show experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to be pragmatic, focus on progress before perfection.
An entrepreneurial and experimental attitude, eager to drive innovation through trial and error.
