We are looking for an individual to support and develop Galderma's medical education and training activities in facial aesthetics. The position is within the Medical Affairs department at Galderma's Uppsala, Sweden site. The position is permanent.
About the role:
The role will support the success of the annual plan for medical education and training initiatives for health care professionals and Galderma employees. This leadership role is critical for the success of coordinating activities being done in localities around the world. For success in this global leadership role it is mandatory that there is a high learning interest and curiosity in details of facial aesthetic treatment and the requisite scientific knowledge and base of medical information to ensure that training initiatives led by Galderma are factually sound, clinically relevant and perceived as innovative. This role requires the capability to provide coaching to internal and external stakeholders, including HCP trainers regarding facial anatomy, aesthetics and aesthetic treatment and products.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Work closely with global teams and those in local markets to support the identification of training needs, content creation and development of different ways of training
• Coordinate and manage key global level training events and activities relating to Galderma's HCPs involved in training and education
• Act as key contact with HCP trainers, and in advising others in Galderma how to manage relationships with these trainers
About you:
• You have a university degree in medical, science or equivalent education/ experience relevant to this position
• You have at least 3 years of successful work experience and track record in the area of medical education and training of HCPs, at a global or regional level, and minimum 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical/device industry with knowledge of industry rules and regulations
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English are required
