The other two are Enact Labs, dedicated to outreach, engagement and training, and the Business and Human Rights Practice Group. You will be responsible for planning, setting targets, developing, selling and delivering our services. You will make sure that our offers and our product portfolio are up to speed with the latest developments on the international sustainability agenda and of the highest possible quality. You will be based in Stockholm but the role will require some travelling within and outside of Sweden.

Your profile:
• You have strong all-around experience from working with large, international companies
• You have solid experience from consulting and sales in a managerial position
• You are an excellent project manager and enjoy working in teams
• You are self-driven with the proven ability to develop your own initiatives
• You think strategically, find new opportunities and can make them happen
• You are a people person who enjoys interacting with clients and other stakeholders
• You are knowledgeable and have relevant experience from working with sustainability and responsibility in business
• You are fluent in English and Swedish and have a strong network with Swedish companies and organisations

• Strategy development and support
• Stakeholder engagement and dialogue
• Risk management; including design, assessments and mitigation plans
• Brand and communication strategy development and support
• Sustainability reporting design and support including materiality analysis
• Gap analysis in relation to international frameworks (e.g. GRI standards, Integrated Reporting, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights)
• Compliance issues related to human rights, business ethics and anti-corruption
• Sustainability assurance
• Implementation design and support
