Do you have previous experience in HTML/CSS, video editing and the digital media industry? And from leadership? We are looking for a positive, customer-oriented person who is motivated to take on the role as Head of Ad operations Nordics!
As Head of Ad Operations Nordics you will play an important role in our growth journey, leading the team of Nordic technical creative producers. We are looking for someone who is driven, with structural and visionary qualities - who can motivate, develop and drive the Technical Producers in line with our ambitions. The role will also include some hands-on ad production when needed. You will work close to Sales and Tech, reporting to the General Manager Nordics.

About the role
• Personnel responsibility for the team based in Sweden and team lead responsibility for the the rest of the Nordic team
• Plan and prioritize ad production, leading the Technical Producers in their daily work. Have a good overview of the teams' workload to be able to allocate the resources between the countries
• Develop the collaboration between Sales, Technical Producers and Tech to simplify and streamline the production, our product and delivery
• Take responsibility for training and coaching new employees, in collaboration with the manager for each sales team
• Ensure quality in deliveries for the Nordic teams - by making sure campaigns are started and run as they should, as well as followed up on.
• Be the go to person for technical questions/dilemmas in the daily work
• Develop routines and processes for the Technical Producers that align with SeenThis' expansion plan
• Develop routines for the production of new ad formats and products
Qualifications
• Previous experience in the Adops profession and/or the digital media industry
• Previous experience from a manager or team lead role
• Experience in developing videos, video edits, custom executions or design related work
• Coding skills in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
• A positive attitude and a Client-first mindset
