For a crucial role for Lynk & Co's operational excellence we are looking for a
Head of Accounting Operations
Your primary responsibility will be to make our processes within the accounting area automated and smooth. You will work cross functional to partner with all the right stakeholders, both within finance and the business organization, solve problems and drive automation.
To run the role successfully, you need to be based in Gothenburg. You will report to the Head of Accounting and Reporting.
What you'll do
• Lead the HQ accounting team in the day-to-day work
• Ensure operational excellence by identifying gaps and prioritize actions
• Outline ERP requirements from accounting perspective
• System check and quality assurance
• Secure training material and desk top procedures are in place
• Supporting the Head of Accounting and reporting in ad hoc analyses and proactive work to continually develop our processes and systems
What you bring
• Strong understanding of accounting principles/local GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience from SAP
• Experience from automating manual and transactional tasks
Your leadership experience and ability to critical thinking will be the key factors in this role.
