As Head of Accounting you will lead and manage the Accounting department of E.ON in Sweden. In the role you will lead a team of 13 accounting business partners and accounting specialists and you will be responsible for the accounting for E.ONs legal entities in Sweden, with a clear mission to secure financial compliance in the quarterly reporting to the E.ON SE group in Germany and to produce annual reports. You support the team in being partners to the business in a developing and changing environment. Further on you are responsible for the service agreement, relationship and contract with our shared services center in Romania.
You will report to Petter who is our Finance Director. Petter is a positive, driven leader who always tries to see solutions and not problems. He fully delegates responsibilities and trust that you deliver what you promised and that you seek support when needed. For Petter, it is high on the agenda that everyone in the team feel good and have fun at work. He therefore seeks a manager who easily build strong relationships and are reflecting on people's behavior.
A suitable candidate needs,
Master in economics or business administration
Extensive experience of leading an accounting department
Experience working in large international companies
SAP experience
Strong track record of leading and developing key control processes
Further on you are a people driven manager with proven track record of creating a caring culture and extensive experience of leading and developing high performing teams. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
