hela Sverige The South Indian AB is the first Swedish Indian restaurant that specializes in the Chettinad food tradition of India.
Now we are looking for an excellent South Indian Cook (Veg, Non-Veg).
Requirements:
• Must have South Indian parotta making skills
• Must speak basic english, Indian Tamil and Swedish (not mandatory, but an added advantage)
• Great team player with commitment and compassion
• Should be able to make all the South Indian dishes and Chettinad Dishes with excellent quality.
• Should be able to make excellent south Indian Dum Biriyani
• South Indian Parotta (nan-bread) making skills (with large quantities), Veechu Parotta skills are an added advantage.
English and Tamil language skills are mandatory, Swedish skills an added Advantage (and should be willing to learn the language)
