About our client: From the inauguration in 1968 until today, Idre Fjäll has grown into one of Dalarna's and the Swedish mountain world's most appreciated facilities, with a number of awards on the merit list, including as the ski resort of the year 2016/17.

We are currently looking for 3 chefs for Idre Fjäll who have long work experience of leading and operating kitchens.
We are looking for you who recognize yourself in the following criteria
• Good at cooking but also finding it fun to cook
• Good at building teams and training and developing the team
• Understanding of kitchen finances and purchasing
• Be open to working seasonally
• Be able to follow a clear concept and be loyal to it
• Keep order, hygiene, cleaning, and control in refrigerators/freezers
• Good at collaborating with other restaurant managers
• Be able to speak good English (C1-C2)
Remuneration, The salary is negotiable between you and the company. It is based on your previous experiences. It will also be possible to get accommodation from Idre Fjäll.
