Djäkne Kaffebar is the heart of Djäkne Startup Studio, located in the center of Malmö. Djäkne Kaffebar offers a unique environment with a one of a kind concept surrounded by startups, entrepreneurs and creative people.

Djäkne is now seeking a full-time Head barista for Monday to Friday during opening hours 08:00 - 18:00.

We like to work with great people, we love good quality products and we are passionate about specialty coffee. If you are an enthusiastic and dynamic person who will thrive in a startup scene full of ambitious entrepreneurs then we would like you to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make & serve the absolute best espresso drinks to order.
• Prepare and organise breakfast to our customers and members.
• As part of our team actively help us to develop the Djäkne concept.
• Help customers with questions about Djäkne Co-working & Djäkne Startup Studio.
• Make our customers feel comfortable and welcome.

Qualification/ Requirements:

• At least 3 years of prior experience with specialty coffee.
• Great latte art skills and willingness to develop your latte art skills even more.
• Mastering different brewing techniques such as V-60, Chemex, Aeropress and Cold brew.
• Good hospitality and communication skills.
• Passion for coffee, food and quality service.
