Hästens is looking to continue to grow their exposure online and are looking for a Webmaster who can be part of our continued success. Together, the digital team will continue to help move Hästens into becoming a globally recognized luxury brand. The webmaster oversees the development, production and ongoing maintenance of Hastens.com and our internal intranet. The Webmaster works with Marketing, Sales, Partners, PR, and external vendors to prepare new sections on the existing site, new templates, and site updates. This position will also create digital graphics for newsletters, banners, and the web.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, supervise and update site content, create graphics, and communicate business solutions in an effective, concise, and timely manner.
• Address and resolve Web-related requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
• Participate in the maintenance and updating of the corporate intranet.
• Review statistics and monitor analytics.
• Stay up to date on new web technologies and provide insight and recommendations on site development and improvements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-6 years of work related experience, preferably within a global organization.
• College degree in computer Science or related discipline is preferred.
• Applicant must have strong computer skills including:
• Proficiency in graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• HTML, HTML5, CSS, Java script and Flash a plus
• Experience with Google Analytic
• Working knowledge of social media tools including Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest a plus.
• Experience working with CMS (Content Management System); experience with EpiServer a plus.
• Ability to create and code email newsletters and develop flash banners is preferred.
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects and work within time deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure, know how to prioritize work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience working within luxury goods industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques is a plus.
• Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, which will include the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
• A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• To be successful in this position you must be highly detailed and organized. You will have a positive attitude and be able to work independently.
Position is based out of Stockholm. Must be able to work in Köping 1-2 days per week. Hästens is an English speaking company. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Applications should be in English.
