Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
Hardware Quotation Support (HQS) is part of our Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS) team with approx. 150 associates at three sites in Sweden and China.
The purpose of the CBS organization is to meet customer requirements for equipment not part of Cytiva's standard offering. The global CBS team drives all aspects of the Bioprocess Downstream customized hardware business including product management, sales support, project management, design, verification and delivery.
We are looking for a Leader to work with our expert technical and commercial Hardware Quotation Support Team of 10 employees. The HQS team is based in Uppsala, Sweden, and has two associates based in China.
What You'll Do
Development of team and individuals that can provide deep domain technical, application and business support needed to win hardware deals
Operational leadership to ensure the team provides timely and adequate sales support to our global commercial organization.
Being a key stakeholder in identifying market trends and implementation of new offerings.
Grow our business.
Work tightly with our project execution teams to ensure smooth transfer process for awarded customer orders.
Occasional international travel to customers and Cytiva offices.

Having experience from biopharma or pharma market.
Have a degree in science or engineering.
Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is a requirement.
Proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
