What You 'll Do:
The role as Hardware Lead Engineer is a key position, in which you will lead and work with a team of engineers developing hi-tech products with focus on electronics, mechanics and optics design for our future cameras. You will ensuring that the project timely and qualitatively develops and delivers hardware: from requirement-driven design until approved product verification based on DFMEA methodology.
You and your team will develop a cost-effective hardware-design, according to the project needs in a way that ensures sufficient coordination and collaborative depth with system, software and industrialization, and that optimizes reuse of platform design.

In the position as Hardware Lead Engineer you will:
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective and qualitative project HW-deliveries according to stakeholder needs
• Execute effective verification of the Hardware design according to stakeholder requirements and needs.
• Have the overall responsibility to manage and ensure the projects are delivered in time, within budget and within the scope.
• Lead and support the hardware design team
• Be responsible for technical hardware specifications and requirements documents

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Documented experience as project manager or as team lead
• Good technical- and engineering knowledge
• Previous experiences from hardware design and product development
• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills

Education
• Master degree within Engineering ( Electronics or Mechanics) or relevant work experience
