Bosch R&D Center Lund stands for modern development in cutting edge technology in the areas of connectivity, security, mobility solutions and AI. We are working on a range of interesting projects, with a particular focus on software development for the automotive industry, electrical bicycles and Internet of Things.
Job Description
We are involved in the planning and development of connected mobility products. Now we are looking for a skilled engineer to expand our team.
You will support the overall design work and take a special focus on the integration of optical features, such as display, LEDs or cameras.
You will collect requirements, define system level design and support the component selection and qualification.
You will support design reviews, detecting weaknesses and providing solutions - not limited to optical features.
You will coordinate activities together with our worldwide development teams and towards production partners
You are a great team player and passionate about creating products that will excite customers and internal stakeholders.
You are also self-driven and flexible to changing project conditions.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience in hardware development
You have a good understanding of optical components and how to optimize performance
You have good knowledge of EMI, EMC and ESD methods/ compliance and thermal management in electronic designs
You have good knowledge or own experience in test methods and tools to verify the designs
