If you are a hardware developer with a holistic view, that love the entire product design cycle, all the way from requirements, design to industrialization and certification - you are the one we are looking for!

To be successful we believe that you are self-motivated, structured and take responsibility for deliveries. You are comfortable in taking the lead, have a great passion for technology and take initiative to solve problems.

You would be part of the R&D team at LumenRadio work in close collaboration with other colleagues, such as software developers, and other hardware designers, but also with supply, sale ande external suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Hardware design - schematics, layout and verification
• Radio and EMC certification
• Industrialization - design for production, component choices, EMS interface etc
• Develop products from requirements gathering to verified product
• Break down high level abstract product requirements into work packages and time plans

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Excellent knowledge of the entire hardware design cycle from requirements to production, including layout, schematic and verification
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of lab work including measuring radio and EMC
• Good business understanding and ability to prioritize between tasks based on overall objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, preferably Swedish as well

Big bonus

• Designed RF solutions, antenna matching etc.
• Software development skills
