Your future challenge
The position of Configuration Manager gives you a central position in our projects and an overview of the entire project.
Your duties will include:
• Planning and implementing the Configuration Management work in the project and/or line organization.
• Creating and maintaining the product structure and its documentation for projects.
• Updating delivery configuration plans through CCB decisions and ensuring that changes are implemented.
• Training and providing support to projects within the Configuration Management field.
• Performing audits during the project to ensure that all procedures and processes are being used properly.
Your role will also include influencing and developing our internal processes.
Todays demands
You should have a university degree or equivalent and should have worked with CM for at least three years or have worked closely with CM. You have mastered the English language, both verbally and written.
As a person you are results oriented and like to be organized. You like to handle many actions at the same time, you enjoy working independently and supporting the organization to deliver products on time with quality.

You will be part of the Configuration Management unit at Operations in Järfälla. The unit supports the entire business in Järfälla. Besides having responsibility for processes and improvements, the unit also has overall responsibility for the operations system and for helping to make it effective, suitable and user friendly for everyone working in Järfälla. We are also involved in issues relating to the operation, maintenance and further development of our PDM tool (IFS).Complete by describing the department where the person is to work.
