Purpose and Scope:
To accompany very rapid growth, you will be involved in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of numerous types of contracts including clauses on intellectual property rights and new technology rights such as license agreements, distribution contracts, marketing contracts, etc. You will also have a role to play in advising on competition legislation, e-commerce and data protection and in negotiating and drafting general sales terms and conditions, commercial leases, etc. In addition, you will advise and work closely with all the operational departments (HR, finance, marketing, sales, etc.) throughout Europe, Latin America, Australia, SAF and will be part of the International legal team.

Responsibilities:
To provide full legal support in the area of corporate law;
Develop standard legal agreements between the Company and Company's contractors in accordance with standard Company policy and respective legislation;
Negotiate legal aspects of relevant agreements with company customers;
Participate in opening new legal entities worldwide;
Co-operate with all departments within the Company in order to provide them with legal support;
Maintain relationship with government bodies involved in the Company's juridical regulation including court and other possible legal proceedings;
Ensure that employees are familiar with the legal acts and documents; inform them about the changes in legal regulations regarding the Company's activities.
Review and respond to claims from company customers and prepare claims to customers;
Settle disputes;
Perform other activities as requested.
Requirements:
A degree in law and more than 2 years of experience as an in-house lawyer
Strong experience in negotiating and drafting contracts during 2 years of operational experience in an international environment.
Intellectual property awareness and good general commercial legal experience
Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken), including legal and business terminology;
You should be hard-working, self-motivated, and organised with strong interpersonal relationship skills and strong teamwork capability
You should be able to travel world-wide on regular basis
