BioGaia is a Swedish biotech company that develops, markets and sells probiotic products and concepts with documented health benefits. The products are based on the lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri) and are sold through distribution partners all over the world. Product development and departments for production and quality control are based in Lund. Research, quality control and product development are also perused in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Sales offices are also based in Hiroshima and Shanghai. The class B share of BioGaia is quoted on the Small Cap list of the Nordic Exchange Stockholm.

Responsibilities
As web master you are responsible for the company?s homepage, both regarding content and the technical part. You will develop strategies for search engine optimisation and other strategies to promote the site.
Included in the tasks are among other things daily updates of the homepage, creating and maintenance of microsites, responsibility for social media activities and photo and film coverage of events. You will be contact person and cooperate with a web agency.
You are expected to participate at medical congresses all over the world a few times per year.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a university degree or equivalent and a couple of years of experience of similar tasks. You have a personal drive and like to work towards set goals. You are independent, enterprising and good at prioritising. Your knowledge in English should be very good, especially in the written language, and you should be interested in communication and writing.
It is an advantage if you have experience from working in Drupal. To be the right person for the job you should have an interest in both marketing and technics and like to work as part of a team!
