The Role
Are you ready to take your Hadoop experience to the next level? Join us!
King.com develops and markets internet skill games. Currently we log 1.2 billion log events per day. As Hadoop developer your main task is to maintain and develop our storage solution that handles tens of terabytes of data. Important tools in this role are:
Hive
HBase
ZooKeeper
Kafka
Oozie
Sqoop
We think that you
• have genuine experience in building or operating traffic intense systems/databases
• either have experience working with Hadoop or have an intense interest in Hadoop and want to develop your skills in this area.
• experience from databases like MySQL or HBase
• have a few years of relevant working experience
• and like us, believes that Hadoop is the next big thing
