WORK DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the Quality of Training and Information distribution within the Contact Centre, which today has a staff workforce of approx.150 co-workers. The Contact Centre handles all Customer Service enquiries for H&M Online.
You will work as part of an onsite Management Team, reporting directly to the Site Manager within the centre. You will manage a Training Team and also function as Information Responsible. You will provide suitable support and make important decisions to ensure that the training and information provided is at its best standard. You will be responsible for the trainings and information in Norway, Sweden and Denmark
The role will not only require for you to monitor and evaluate the Training and Information regularly, but to provide feedback to the Site Manager and suggestions to the center on better practices. You will also work closely with the trainers to give feedback on their work.

You have a great interest in customer service. You have leadership experience and have knowledge in conducting trainings. You are motivating to others and listen well to ideas. You can make decisions with confidence and put new processes into practice with efficiency and care.
You can give and take feedback in equal measures and also be adaptable to change and implement this in the best way possible. It?s easy for you to communicate with people on all levels.
You are fluent in Swedish and Finnish and have good English skills, both written and spoken. Some travel will occur.
