Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as senior Test lead have a key role within an ERP Program. The program will result in new processes and ways of working for large parts of the supply chain, as well as for finance and controlling.
The new IT solutions will be the foundation for a business platform enabling continued growth in a long-term perspective for multi-channel and multi-brand with well synchronized and efficient processes.
The responsibility of the Test leads are to prepare, coordinate and execute end-to-end functional and non-functional tests in cross-functional releases. This requires close cooperation with other Test Leads from Functional Areas. You should also act as a single-point-of-contact for Surrounding Solutions to ensure a smooth involvement cross divisions and systems.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead test work and distribute tasks within the test team distributed overall several functional areas
• Coordinate functional and non-functional tests, including H&M Programs/Projects, Surrounding Solutions and external parties when applicable
• Review requirements and evaluate their testability
• Define the scope of End-to-End testing within the context of each release
• Prepare an End-to-End Test Plan with time plan for functional and non-functional testing for a given release
• Order and ensure the setup of test environment with hardware, software, test tools and test data (in cooperation with Functional Area Test Leads and Test Environment/Data Lead)
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• About five years experience from leading functional and non-functional testing in large ERP implementations and/or maintenance situations
• Familiar with complex system environments and large organizations
• Business process experience within sales, logistics, warehouse management, finance and/or point-of-sales (POS)
• Skills in resource planning and resource management
• It is qualifying if you have experience from working with offshore development and testing
• Experienced in HP QC/ALM
