We are now looking for several Requirement Analysts to Online IT in Borås. We offer you the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects together with experienced and dedicated colleagues.
In your role as requirements analyst, you work in the maintenance team or project closely together with other stakeholders from business and IT, to ensure that you are doing the right things and contribute to a positive customer experience online.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
Work with requirements from idea to implementation and assume responsibility for the documentation
• Managing and coordinating the demands from various maintenance areas/business areas and projects
• Maintain as-is documentation of completed requirements
• Support the business in the different processes and be a partner they can brainstorm ideas with
• Facilitate workshops
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• 3-6 years experience of working with requirements
• You should have good knowledge in writing use cases and understand information modeling (knowledge in UML is a plus)
• Have the habit to investigate the problem and come up with creative solutions
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Added plus to have knowledge or experience of payment- and logistic solutions
There is an added plus if you have experience of working with a service in an ITIL-oriented environment. There is also an added plus if you have experience working in the retail sector, e-commerce with distributed teams / offshoring and experience working in global companies.
