We are now looking for a coordinator within Capacity & Expansion, part of H&M's global IT department.
At Capacity & Expansion we ensure that our internal infrastructure services are implemented globally. In order to meet the expansion we now need to add you to our team. In this role you will coordinate deliveries and implementation of standardized solutions within IT infrastructure in close cooperation with suppliers, IT personnel globally, project managers and others.
We are 12 team members whereof three are based in Hong Kong. We have a good team spirit, we work with constant improvements in order to strengthen and secure our delivery. Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M coordinator comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Coordinate deliveries and implementation of standardized solutions within IT infrastructure
• Work closely together with suppliers, global IT staff and project managers
• Initiate and handle capacity planning and trend analysis
• Administer and coordinate hardware orders, licenses and services
• Handle maintenance of documentation, processes and flows
• Handle relations with global suppliers and vendors
• Actively work with constant improvements of processes, tools and routines
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Experience of working with IT-services within technical infrastructure such as network and/or compute
• Technical knowledge within network and/or compute in order to understand and be consultative towards our customer
• Experience of working in a global company and its IT environment
• Experience of working with external service suppliers and taking part in negotiations
• Ability to handle many complex and parallel tasks simultaneously
• Have the ability to understand new requirements and their impact on current services
• Experience of ITIL and ITSM
• You speak and write Swedish and English
