We are now looking for several IT Area Architects. As an IT Area Architect you will lead the architectural work strategically, but also be a part of operative discussions regarding how to build our future IT systems. In your role as an IT Area Architect at H&M you will step into a dynamic and fast growing environment. You will collaborate with the business representatives and architects to come up with the most suitable solutions and have a key role in the work of creating a future IT environment that can face our expansion. You inspire and coach other architects, and will act as an expert within architectural matters in different forums, such as steering groups etc.
To be successful as an IT Area Architect we believe you are an experienced and confident leader. You have the ability to present and implement a vision of architecture within your area. You have the ability to see the big picture, yet are able to perform analysis on more detailed levels.
We are now recruiting several IT Area Architects for deliveries that supports our business within following areas: Interior, Finance & Accounting and Integration.
Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Area Architect comes with much responsibility ? and lots of fun.
You?re to do-list includes:
• Be in charge of the overall architectural matters and ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&Ms architectural guidelines
• Realize business needs into an efficient IT delivery
• Inspire, coach and lead other architects
• Represent the EA-perspective regarding project and maintenance steering
• Take an active role in architecture forums
• Analyze and cover trends and techniques within your area
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
You have the ability to adapt to new conditions; you can inspire, motivate and create a good atmosphere around you. You are self-driven, analytic and structured.
Besides this you have these following skills:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Architect in a larger global IT organization
• Deep and broad technical experience
• Interest and knowledge for IT as well as the business
• Interest and knowledge regarding new architectural theories
• Fluent in Swedish and English
It?s an advantage if you have experience as a System Developer and experience working with procurement.
