We are now looking for a HR Specialist within the area Development and Performance. You have your depth within leadership and you operate, develop and create the future HR-solutions with curiosity and with an innovative thinking. You have solid experience within the area and have created methods and processes and implemented these in larger organizations. Your broad experience and strong leadership is combined with a prestige less way and pragmatic attitude.

You will be a part of our HR function that consists of HR specialists and HR Business Partners that works together to support the IT organisation. You will work strategic as well as operative and in close cooperation with HR colleagues and organization. Your tasks will vary with big focus in leadership management, leadership- and competence development and performance.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M HR Specialist comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. You will have the opportunity to work in an organisation where we believe in people and work as a team.
Your to do-list includes:
• Solve needs from the organization by managing or participating in HR projects
• Develop policies and guidelines
• Create and produce supporting tools for the development of leaders and other employees
• Continuously manage and develop HR?s strategies, for example processes, methods, tools, educations and programs
• Work with anchoring and implementation within the organization
• Contribute with analysis and thorough expertise within the HR area and contribute knowledge with colleagues across the organisation
• Interact with external partners
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
You are an experienced HR Specialist who has worked with leadership management and nearby areas approx. 5 years and you also have at least 3-5 years of experience as a leader. To be successful in your role you also have experience from project management and proven experience managing projects. We want you to have a bachelor degree within HR or similar.
And your skills include:
• Goal and results driven
• Courage to drive, dare to try and stand up for results that has been taken, but also courage to re-think
• Ability to prioritize, see the overall picture and what generates most value to the client
• Strategic thinking in both the long and short terms
• Fluent in Swedish and English
