We are wishing to recruit a Staff Responsible to one of our development divisions at H&M IT. Your focus is your group of staff and each individuals development and growth within the company and competence area. Your primary objective is to ensure that our employees have the right skill and attitude for them to grow with H&M and the challenges that their delivery area is facing.
You are responsible for securing the supply of staff and competences both in the short and long term. Based in a delivery area (service area), you will work with other leaders to manage and develop the area as a part of that area's management team.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Staff Responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and develop employees. We have a matrix organization and your staff will be part of important projects and maintenance situations where they may be led on a day-to-day basis by Project Managers, Maintenance Responsibles, etc.
• Manage competence needs, both long term and on an individual level
• Dialog and salary reviews
• Staffing of projects and maintenance groups
• Hiring employees
• HR related work
• Active participation in the leadership of the chosen Service Area.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Genuine interest and curiosity for managing and developing staff
• Documented experience of at least 3 years of management roles within IT (e.g. Line Manager, Project Manager, Application Management Leader, etc)
• You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Of extra merit is whether you have experience of sourcing external services and products from external companies, just as existing experience of retail is also of interest.
