As a Data Migration Analyst/Architect you are working with SAP Data Migration/conversion activities from the technical side. Also hands on design, build and unit test of data migration and validation programs. You are working with a globally distributed project team, with resources often either in Chennai India, or Stockholm Sweden.
It is important that you have great communication skills when the role as Data Migration Analyst/Architect requires working effectively with many different teams within the program as well as being able to explain requirements and issues effectively to functional teams.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Data Migration Analyst/Architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Hands on Design, Build and Unit Test of SAP Data Migration programs and validation tools
• Performing Data Loads for test and cutover
• Architecting and implementing re-useable data migration solutions for rollouts
• Driving the delivery of the data migration activities
• Planning of work, communicating status effectively, management of risks and issues
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Solid IT project delivery skills, including Planning, Scope Management, Design, Unit Testing, Quality Assurance
• 3 to 10 years of SAP Data or Data Migration experience, including several full implementation lifecycles
• Exposure to some or all of the following SAP systems and modules: ECC (FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, IS-Retail) or CRM
• Hands on technical skills. Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), BAPI/IDOC, Batch Input, BDC
• SAP ABAP Programming
• Collaboration tools and skills are essential
• Experience with loading larger data volumes
