We are now looking for a new colleague to take on the challenge as Head of Store Innovation at our global Head office in Stockholm.
Overall responsibilities in role
• Responsible for development of store innovation and store analytics within the function
• Set goals for the development and projects in line with H&M vision and strategy
• Define and communicate strategies to reach the goals
• Set and manage the Store Innovation function and overall budget
• Work in close cooperation with other functions and sales countries delivering cross-functional projects
• Continuously follow up on attainment of objectives and goals with teams
• Support other departments within the area of store innovation and Store analytics to work efficiently towards our common goals
• Inspire, involve, develop, delegate and lead the Store Innovation team according to our vision and goals, H&M values and leadership expectations
• Attract the best people and develop talents to continue the building of a strong organization to take on future challenges
Your qualifications
• A Master's degree in business administration/economics and preferably a second degree in equivalent subject
• Proven great leadership experience, a value ambassador and a strong team player with a successful track record of managing cross functional teams
• A skilled senior person that have been working with business development, project management, negotiation and other business areas in a leading position
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of success in negotiation processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills to influence others
• Good at planning and ability to work proactively
• Ability to build strong relationships with co-workers at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and high credibility with senior audiences
• Experienced of working in a fast-paced environment and used to taking own initiative and drive development forward
