hela Sverige Do you want to help H&M to get a complete view of our IT Service delivery? Do you want to help us make our Configuration Management Database a powerful information hub for all operative processes? Then this is the role for you!
Within the Asset & Configuration Management function we have a team that is responsible for Configuration Management. The team consists of three Configuration Managers, that are responsible for maintaining the logical model and the information quality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), which contains Configuration Items required to deliver H&M:s IT services and their relations. We have recently launched a new IT Service Management system. And together with that we have also set up a new service oriented structure of the CMDB.
We are now looking for a new team member who wants to be an active part in establishing the new CMDB and continuously improve our way of working. One of the challenges in this role is to ensure CMDB information quality from a central perspective, while being dependent on information owners in different parts of the delivery organization. As a Configuration Manager you have a key role in an interesting transition into a more service oriented view of our operational IT delivery.
To succeed in this role we believe you enjoy structure and orderliness, and are service minded. You are good at performing operative and administrative tasks as well as thinking tactically and process oriented.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Configuration Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Operate the configuration management process, coordinate and follow up the configuration management work
• Continuously evaluate and identify configuration items
• Ensure a model is used that provides valuable information to other processes
• Ensure a configuration structure is used that shows the relationships and hierarchy between configuration items that comprise a configuration
• Ensure ownership of configuration items
• Provide reports, including management reports, impact analysis reports and configuration status reports
• Perform training
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Several years of experience in working with an ITSM-tool such as ServiceNow
• Previous operational experience in CMDB and Configuration Management
• Several years of experience of large IT organizations
• Fluent in English, and preferably also in Swedish
• A process-oriented mind-set, with a good knowledge of ITIL
• Being good at analyzing and understanding complex structures and processes
• Being quality conscious and having a drive for continuous improvements
• Good leadership and communication skills
