Job Description
Partner connectivity (PC) is part of the Customer Fulfilment domain, and our vision is to fulfill customer deliveries, every day, through a flexible and sustainable partner ecosystem with speed. Every product in the area is working with external partners within logistics e.g., warehousing, transport, and customs. Our teams are multicompetent teams working together to find the best way forward, always with our customers at heart.
The Last mile experience teams are working with distribution of deliveries to our online customers. The products enable our last mile carriers to connect with H&M in a flexible way so that we can offer new and exciting delivery services to our customers and gather relevant events in the last mile process. It is a lot of focus on last mile within the industry, and we want to be best in class when it comes to customer expectations within this area, so there is many challenges and a lot of fun to be had ahead!
As a Business Expert you can make a difference by identifying improvements and find business opportunities which will contribute to exceed the customer expectations. You are eager to take part in our development and loves to be in center of the action where the product meets business.
In this role you will have the support from the Product Owner and team together with your Competence Lead.
Your responsibilities:
Analyze business opportunities to find new ways of creating business and customer value
Drive the tech agenda to take our product to the next level, based on understanding of the context we are in and the potential for the future.
Have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand.
Secure progress, explain and anchor the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit, and effects.
You will drive and coordinate different initiatives within business tech and our different products
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
• 5 years of experience working in a similar role, for example as a Business analyst or Business developer, preferably in the retail business
Experience working in close collaboration with IT
Experience working with Last mile distribution
Qualifying requirements
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, works proactively, and have the drive to continually improve the activities in a complex & quickly transforming environment. It's also meriting if you have:
Experience of working with Online processes
Experience within project management and stakeholder management
Leadership experience
An ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
