THE PROGRAM
As one of H&Ms Business Trainees you will be part of an exciting 12-month program starting in August 2019. You will get a deep insight in the H&M value chain working as a Business Controller within Global Buying Office, Production, Sales, Online Sales and Business Development. You will experience placements in Stockholm and abroad within our global organization. You will work with the entire process from analysis and setting targets to follow-up and taking actions that will affect H&M globally.
Your introduction will include both working in store and attending inspirational seminars with leaders from several functions within H&M group, giving you a valuable insight in our core business and preparing you for the program. During the program you will take part of internal training, work with your development and grow as a leader. Your trainee-experience will also give you the opportunity to build a broad network within several functions spread over the world. After the program you will start as a Business Controller at the Global Buying Office in Stockholm, ready to take on a large responsibility.
