Do you have around 5 years of working experience and your next step is to take on a leadership role where you will be able to have influence on H&M globally?
What you will do
The H&M Business Management Program is created to give you a chance to accelerate into a management position while learning how we drive our business. During the 18-month program you will get an insight in the H&M value chain by having placements within Global buying office, Production, Sales and Online Sales. You will also assume the role as Business Controller by taking responsibility for a section within the Global Buying Office. Furthermore, you will take on projects during the program that will make a true difference for H&M. The program will focus on business and leadership and you will receive leadership training and a mentor that will support your development.
The program will provide you with an invaluable set of skills and experiences that will prepare you for a management position within H&M Business Units.

Who are you
To be successful in this role we believe you are a natural leader, business minded and analytical. You value team work and straight forward communication. You thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where you are constantly looking for possibilities to develop new ways of working.
You have approximately 5 years of working experience, for example within consulting, start-ups, retail, controlling, business analysis or similar. Experience from working in an international environment is positive.
