We are now looking for a person who?s willing to take on the challenge as Project Leader within the Central Sales Department, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Sales Department supports the sales operations world-wide by benchmarking and building world class solutions and processes. The function is important for a fast-growing international company like ours, and we try to see each new recruit as a partner who can help build our future. The role will mainly concentrate on the area of Payments which is a fast growing and changing area where we focus on providing secure and modern payments solutions to our customers.
As a Project Leader within Payments your main responsibility will be:
• Develop our business processes and strategy globally within Payments, for both existing markets and future expansions.
• Initiate, prioritize, evaluate, and manage projects
• Follow up and prioritize according to time-plan and budget
• To work actively with H&M country organizations to follow up the development on the local payment market as well as the global
• To work closely together with our Global IT Department as orderer and coordinator of payment solutions
We expect that you to have:
• A Master?s degree in business/economics and/or engineering is mandatory
• 2-4 year?s work experience, preferably within retail and/or management consulting
• International experience, from studying or working abroad
• Strong will to improve, create results, and provide cost efficient, modern payment solutions
• Great communicational skills in English and Swedish, written and verbal
• Project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• The possibility to travel
