hela Sverige We are looking for a "Senior Contract/Project Engineer" for our E04 Haga West Link project in Gothenburg.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, MBA or master's degree is a plus,
• Experience in contract and claim management in infrastructure projects,
• Very Good knowledge of AMA, AF 12, ABT06, AB04, ABK09
• Understands and applies established purchasing/subcontracting processes and procedures,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills,
• Ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment,
• Team-player, Self-starter, Multi Task capability
• Swedish as a native language
• Excellent written and spoken English
Job Describtion:
• Following all contractual issues about the project in regards with the Main Agreement with Client based on ABT 06 and other agreements with Subcontractors/Suppliers etc..
• Following all the requirements and obligations under the contracts and informing the Project management group accordingly
• To manage the participation of all relevant stakeholders and parties during the management of contracts
• Drafting and managing the preparation of new subcontract, supplier agreements in close communication with all related departments in the organization
• To serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations
• To follow up all contract processes and conditions along the project/contract duration (signature, warrant, payment, delivery, guarantee)
• To review contractual performances and prepare Contracts Management Progress Reports
