We are growing our Hospitality team based out of our client's Global head office just north of Stockholm and are now looking for a leader with experience in Front office at either luxury hotel or high-end corporate hospitality. If you a re passionate about service excellence and creating memorable experiences while developing others, if you have a passion for developing Front of House services and teams, while leading from the front this might be the right fit for you.
This role will be responsible for leading the Guest Services team and taking care of and developing reception services for external guests and clients.

Profile

* Passionate in offering an extraordinary and excellent customer experience, and will have an ability to inspire others their vision for quality and anticipating customer's needs
* Previous management experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably within luxury hotels, high end corporate hospitality within Front of House, Reception or Front Office
* Positive attitude and takes pride in delivering high quality services, while inspiring your team to anticipate our client's needs and creating memorable moments
* Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages advantageous), both spoken and written. Good computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office package are essential.
* Good at prioritizing and solution-oriented, with excellent time management and engaging communication skills with a digital first mindset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage and deliver front of house experiences, developing processes and standards together with stakeholders and management
* Promoting and ensuring service through leading from the front, developing the team both on the job and through set training modules
* Ability to form relationships and understand guest needs and adapt approach accordingly and helping others to do the same
* Serve as primary point of contact for high profile and/ or large group arrivals. Plan arrival information and ensure appropriate staffing during business hours.
* Communicate and coordinate VIP arrivals to buildings and ensure their arrival and departure experience sets off and close out client meetings successfully
* Manage the visitor management system, pre-registrations and unannounced guests. Make sure the team are prepared and aware of schedules and arrivals each day.
* Working with services partners to find the best solutions for guests, assist the team to respond to requests and challenges. Plan, communicate and execute activities, ensuring staff and service levels are correct for the activity. Provide support to the teams on site and be present as a senior member of staff.
* Actively seek feedback and information from guests and users at different points of contact to gain understanding of needs and to enable the Workplace team to proactively respond to business needs. Attend regular meetings to ensure smooth delivery of activities and services and proactively introduce improvement ideas and new services
* Implement and develop enhanced reception and concierge services

Supervisory Responsibilities

* Leadership and responsibility of a team of 3-5 direct reports but will also have daily contact and with other teams part of the service delivery.
* Education and Experience
* 3 to 7 years of prior work experience in similar role or experience in high end corporate hospitality, luxury hotel or high-profile events management
* Minimum completion of Swedish Gymnasium or equivalent

Communication Skills

* Be a great communicator with a positive outlook and ability to build relationships quickly and understand the needs of others. Utilize a high level of attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to verbally and in writing express themselves and to comprehend instructions and requests and act appropriately in at least English and Swedish
* Be able to build and maintain long lasting relationships with internal and external guests in a timely and professional manner. Be confident in responding to inquiries, complaints and feedback while representing the Client and CBRE
* Warm and engaging demeanor with a positive attitude and have the instinct to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help where needed. Have a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise
