As a Guest Services Host/Hostess you will:
• Provide front desk services for all Guests
• Answer main switchboard calls and appropriately route them
• Facilitate Guest requests
• Provide Guest information and assistance as needed on Castaway Cay
Essential requirements:
• To be between at least 21 years old
• To be fluent in English
• To have at least 2 years of recent full time Receptionist experience in a Hotel (high volume hotel - 200+ Rooms is a plus)
Desirable requirements:
• To be Guest orientated, flexible and team minded
• Third Language
• Hotel school degree is a plus
Place of work:
Cruise Ship sailing all around the world (mostly Caribbeans, Mediteranean see, US West Coast...)
Starting date:
Departures all year round depending on your availabilities.
