What we offer
As Guest Relations Manager at World of Volvo you will manage and lead a team of 10-12 permanent employees as well as several temporary resources, to ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction in all areas of World of Volvo.
In this role you will work closely with multiple areas of our experience to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, from sales and service to events and promotions.
Further, you will use your knowledge and experience to manage and respond to guest inquiries and feedback, including social media and online reviews.
Who you are
Are you a caring person and will lead your team with "omtanke"? Do you have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team to provide excellent guest relations service? Qualifications:
• Experience from a similar role
• Experience in scheduling and planning activities within hotel reception or similar responsibilities
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• At least high school education, Hotel / Service Management or equivalent extra plus
