We are now looking for a Guest Relations Manager to lead the day-to-day guest experience at our Global Headquarters in Kista. The role oversees a team of Guest Relations Hosts and ensures a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all employees, leaders, and visitors - including VIP guests visiting our Imagine Studio, Ericsson's premier experience center.
This is a hands-on role where you'll balance people leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality across our reception, events, and visitor services.
What you will do
• Lead and support a team of five Guest Relations Hosts, ensuring daily service excellence and team coordination.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and executive hosting.
• Ensure exceptional VIP handling and guest care in the Imagine Studio experience center.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth delivery of events, meetings, and tours.
• Maintain and continuously improve hospitality standards, processes, and routines in line with Ericsson's workplace vision.
• Support F&B and catering coordination for meetings and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards across guest-facing services.
• Act as a service ambassador, fostering a warm, professional, and inclusive environment.
What you bring
• 8-10 years of experience in hospitality, workplace, or guest relations roles - ideally with some team coordination experience.
• A genuine passion for people and creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and VIP guests.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (other languages are an advantage).
• It's a plus if you have experience leading a team.
• Experience in B2B services or a concierge background is also highly valued.
