We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager!
As the Guest Relations Manager you are a person who:
As the Guest Relations Manager you are a person who actively seeks to build effective relationships and co-operation with our guests and partners. You are a clear communicator, radiates positive Yes I Can energy and stamina to be motivated by a challenge and remain calm and professional when under pressure. You are able to prioritize between competing demands based on relative urgency and importance. You proactively look for opportunities to make improvements and take appropriate action. You are driven by taking personal responsibility for achieving bottom line results and better quality. You measure you're the success of actions in commercial terms.
Your Key Responsibilities
• To monitor and respond to all guest comments, across all platforms on behalf of the hotel and make sure we constantly achieve 100% Response Rate
• To plan and lead the meet and greet team, and make sure routines and tasks are being followed and that our Welcome and Farewell scores reach 10/10 in our Online Guest Feedback programme, Review Pro.
• To network and participate in local networks and staying informed and updated on what 's happening in Stockholm, so we have the best possible cooperation with partners such as restaurants, shops for our guests, spas and much more.
• Ensure that the different departments are up to date with key program features and new developments of our guest loyalty program Club Carlson
• Combining the Social Media area with updating storytelling and own the concierge email
• Hold VIP events for our regulars
