The Group Transformation Office (GTO) is responsible for group level prioritization and planning of transformations and related investments across all Ericsson units as well as analysis, tracking and visualization of transformation progress and realized value. We are working directly with transformation portfolio owners, initiatives, and teams, supporting definition, coordination and ensuring tracking of adoption and value-realization.
We are looking for an explorative and highly motivated global transformation portfolio analyst/driver, with strong ability to independently interact with executive teams and initiative stakeholders and drivers across Ericsson.
The role and its responsibilities provide outstanding insights in Ericsson, working closely with transformation and execution vs. strategic direction on a global, cross-functional level - as well as supporting Executive team/group level stakeholders with deep-dives in transformation areas.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience with good understanding of change and transformation in general. The candidate also needs to be highly motivated to dive into new areas and tasks with a proven focus on execution and performance.
The position is based in Sweden, reporting directly to Head of GTO/Control Tower. Other locations may be possible, depending on situation.
What you will do
Work in a fast-moving, highly collaborative team, continuously shaping how we work with transformation and value-realization in Ericsson
Drive group level transformation planning and prioritization, interacting with executive and operational stakeholders in Group Functions, Business Areas and Market Areas
Perform high-qualitative analysis, review and tracking of company-wide transformation priorities, progress and impact, as well as deep-dives requested by executive stakeholders
Develop facts-based material used for decision making, e.g., in Global Transformation Board
Create transparency through visualization and tracking of global transformation progress towards adoption, OKRs and value realization
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing across transformation communities
You will bring
University degree/MBA in Engineering or Business
Detailed analytical skills & experiences, both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to collaborate and interact with all types of partners, from practitioners to executive levels.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and quick to understand new areas
Experience of driving/executing on change/transformation, especially regarding OKRs, adoption and business cases/value tracking
High level of integrity, in reviews, assessments and creation of decision material
Good knowledge of Ericsson organization, business and ways of working
Good understanding of dashboard solutions like Power BI and relevant transformation tracking data, e.g., from WAVE, SAP, HC data is a plus.
