• Distributed, outsourced & insourced testing
• Planning, monitoring and control
• Information sharing and communication
• Evaluating exit criteria and reporting
• Test improvements
• Test strategies
• Test techniques
• Test tools
• Metrics and measurement
• Review Specifications
• When necessary act as a Test Engineer in the different phases of testing
• Maintain test data on confluence
• Multi-task between current releases
• Ability to discuss technical issues with developers
• Ability to discuss requirements with business experts
Competence profile
• +3 years test lead experience
• Experience in at least one script language
• Experience in SQL
• Basic knowledge in Linux environment
• Experience in following tools (e.g. HP Quality Center, JIRA, Confluence, and the like)
• Ideally, knowledge of agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban
• ISTQB certified tester or comparable qualification
• Fluent oral and written in Swedish and English
