hela Sverige Are you ready for a whole new chapter in your career? We're searching for a Growth Marketing Manager that has experience from fast growing companies to join our team of high-performing professionals to drive buzz, excitement and ultimately adoption and engagement.
• Build the brand proposition in the heart and minds of our audience
• Create compelling marketing and promotional material
• Manage marketing KPI's and proactive approach in driving change
• Move customers effectively through the buyer journey with paid and organic communication
• Plan, coordinate, manage, implement and run various digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure that technical and on-page SEO are according to best practice
• Set SEM-strategy, implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Test campaigns, website pages and CTA's to ensure optimal outcome
• Monitor and track metrics on the website, marketing campaigns and socials
• Communicate product's USPs, positioning and competitive advantage in marketing communication
• Manage outreach activities and book meetings with community leaders and patient advocates
• Educate patient communities with informative content in the form of Webinars, Facebook live events, interviews etc.
Your profile
• 3+ years of relevant professional B2B marketing experience
• Has proven results increasing brand/product awareness and customer acquisition Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience
• Experience in email marketing, content marketing and SEO required
• The ideal candidate will have experience within the Healthtech sector with a core understanding of startup and growth marketing strategies
• The successful candidate will need to be flexible and agile with a growth hacker's type mentality full of curiosity and creativity
• You thrive in ambiguity and constant change, and enjoy creating order out of unstructured challenges
